When building this we there were things that were hard and things that we had to redo but then we managed to finish it and stick down all the furniture. We had to figure out how big some of the furniture was to make sure it wasn't too big so it could all fit in the house. It was good when some parts were hard so me and my buddy (Aliz'e) had to really think about what to do

Tiny houses
In my class for math week, we built tiny houses. The math involved with this was area and perimeter. for the area and perimeter, we had to count how many squares tall it was and how many squares wide then we had to times them by each other. This is me and my buddy's tiny house

Hi Thom,
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your tiny house. I can see that you and Aliz'e had to work hard on it. Thank you for explaining how you found your area and perimeter. I would have loved to have seen a photo of your furniture. Was it hard to make sure they were to scale?

Hola Thom,
ReplyDeleteI'm Alex from Waikowhai Primary School in Hauraki. I liked your design of the house and how you measured it almost perfectly so it would look like a real house. Maybe next time if you do this again you could show us the inside.
