Making art out of junk, WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAT!

Kia ora bloggers, This term for the year 5 & 6 project we are doing wild eyes. Right now you're probably thinking what is wild eyes! While pretty much it's a site where you log in and do missions, Each time you complete a mission you submit it to wild eyes and you different amounts of points for different activities.

When you get more points you move up levels. It is really fun at the moment. Zack and I both finished our first activity so we found another one called junk artist, It is awesome because you pretty much go around somewhere picking up lots of rubbish from there and make art out of it.

Zack and I are making a robot sort of thing with lots of decorations all over it, Like bottle caps and all sorts of rubbish. The base of our robot is a big cardboard box and we just added all the decorations and things onto it.

Here are some examples of activities you can do.
Insane plane, You make a plane and see how far it can go and then write a summary about your journey and take photos of your process.

Fake a giant moa discovery, You use lots of materials to make a pretend moa egg or a pretend moa footprint, Anything that involves moas really.

Balloon head, You rub balloons on your head to create friction and put them all over yourself and see how many you can get on yourself without them all falling off.

At the moment Zack and I are only half way through our activity but we decided to take a time lapse of the first half of creating it, Here it is.
